FAR contains dozens of time saving File, HTML, and HTML Help-related tools. FAR is used as both a mainstream authoring tool and as a collection of productivity tools by both web developer and HTML-based Help authors alike.

FAR HTML is the Swiss Army Pocket Knife of HTML, HTML Help 1.x and MS Help 2.x tools, and is 100% compatible with Microsoft HTML Help 1.x & Microsoft Help 2.x Workshops.

FAR does not attempt to supply a lame restrictive HTML editor. Instead, you create your content using your favourite editor (typically Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver), and then use FAR to manipulate and compile the results.
